How often should I visit?

We strongly recommend getting a biannual checkup, or the very least should be once a year. For those with more complex concerns and conditions, should be more often.

On your open time, do you always have a dentist present?

Although the doctors schedule may vary as it is very common for all clinics, there will always be one present practitioner at all times during these schedules – Mon – Fri : 9am to 7pm | Sat: 8am to 5pm

Will I have anxiety problems when I visit?

No. We do our best to remove pain and fear as much as possible, one of our aims is to put our patients in a very comfortable situation and make them feel secure.

How clean is the equipment?

All materials and tools for the patient are 99.9% clean, all are autoclaved and cleaned. Each patient has their own instruments packaged separately.

How old should my child be before they can be checked?

The earliest possible age would depend from person to person, as early as 2 years old is possible as long as teeth start to appear. But, make sure that the child is ready, happy, and comfortable before having an appointment, as not every child can manage this and might cause anxiety or phobia.

Why do I have Toothache?

This can be caused by a number of things and will be really hard to diagnose over the phone, the best step is to visit a dentist as soon as possible.

Why do I have Bad Breath?

This is never an easy problem to handle, there are a lot of remedies for this and proper consistent oral hygiene is the best approach, along with a healthy diet. But if none of these work, have an appointment and be checked.

Should I have a Root Canal Treatment right away?

No, we need first to determine it properly by means of x-ray and by observing the symptoms. Once we have the results, then can we escalate if it is applicable or a different option would do.

Is my tooth cracked?

The most common symptoms for this is when one feels pain by chewing (especially hard or grainy food) or releasing the biting pressure. Sugary foods and too hot or too cold foods can also cause this kind of discomfort. Cracks may not be visible and even x-ray cannot tell accurately.

I have jaw pains in the morning accompanied by headaches?

The most common cause for this symptom is by grinding or clenching the teeth during sleep at night. On stressful days and anxiety, these types of phenomenon possibly occur. An occlusal splint can help greatly or a guard to sleep. They are comfortable.

Will filling look natural?

Yes, most or almost all fillings will look 99.9% natural and no one can almost tell the difference unless you tell them.

Is it really possible for my teeth to look whiter?

Yes, there are a handful of solutions to make them whiter. But, for a faster and safer approach in whitening, please have an appointment with us.
