Tooth Coloured Fillings

Here at Miranda Family Dentist, gone are the days of dark, grey coloured fillings. The tooth coloured fillings (composite fillings) have replaced the amalgam fillings. These fillings mimic natural tooth colour and structure and give a natural appearance. Fillings usually require one dental visit.

For very heavily filled tooth or the tooth with large silver fillings we recommend dental inlays, onlays and crowns that are fabricated in the laboratory and allow for natural tooth structure to be preserved.
